Riverside Odds Philadelphia, PA   time: 11.20pm

Drinking, fighting, stealing your girlfriends, wrestling, and more drinking… and that’s just in the first six minutes. Sounds like one hell of a fun night, right? The Riverside Odds will deliver to you Philadelphia speed punk rock n roll like a freight train fueled off cigarettes PBR and scotch whiskey.Formed in 2013 by vocalist RW and bassist Tim, formerly of Philadelphia speed punk band, Griswolds, and Guitarist Matty Terror of the Von Horrorbles and The Heartbeaters, these guys are veterans of the scene, having been in a total of 11 bands between them. Drummer Darren "D-Bag" Wallbridge, who was practically born with drumsticks in his hands, has lent his skills to a number of projects throughout the years and was picked up early on to round out the band. in 2014 Dan "Bezzi" Beswick, formerly from the band Balista, was added as lead guitarist.

Bad Mary Long Island, NY   time: 10.30pm

Another great, raw, female-fronted band from New York City. Only this time the quartet is totally aggressive 70s punk. Think HBO’s Vinyl, with a pretty but powerful vocal edge from lead vocalist Amanda Mac.
– Philadelphia Metro – 8-18-16

“If you’ve been searching for a current punk rock band, check out Bad Mary.”

IndieMinded Reviews 3/3/16

“You need to make room in your daily playlists for this New York City band.”

– Shaine Freeman, themiews.com, 2/15/16

“The punk rock music genre is about to get a lot more fun.”\

Shadow Merchant Philadelphia, PA   time: 9:40pm

"...The Tunnel is a terrific amalgam of [Rush and Kansas as influences], full of giant-sounding Lifeson-esque guitar, florid instrumental passages, and gloriously pompous keyboard interjections, notably on 11-minute epic The Kindness Of A Stranger..."  Classic Rock Magazine

"...The Tunnel has a crisp and often Hard Rocking edge that, at times, generates genuine excitement and drives both the music and the listener on..."   Fireworks Magazine
..."The record contains all the essential ingredients for a proper classic prog rock album:  extended songs, plenty of accomplished musicianship, solos galore, lashings of keys and lots of melodic intent..." Powerplay Magazine

..."Strong, slick and slightly less on pretense than certain other household prog names, the solos and vocals both throw their weight at each other as well as just our ears...Metalville

Mack & the Hooligans Media, PA   time: 10:10pm

Imagine what would happen if Uncle Tupelo and The Replacements ran into each other at a roadhouse, got into a barroom brawl, and Ray Wylie Hubbard stepped in to break it up. Then they all wind up playing together and cross-pollinating tunes... that's kind of what we're going for. Mack Hooligan's principals are Mack Hooligan (vocals, guitar, mandolin, harmonica) and John Short III, aka "Shorty" (guitars, bass, drums, vocals). Mack has been playing guitar since the Protozoic era, most recently in and around the Philadelphia area. Shorty has been playing, recording and teaching music for close to two decades of his young life and is the owner and principal of Paoli Guitar Studio. Jim Tauscher (bass) of Curtis Jr. and Andy Darby (drums) join us for full-band shows.

Chelsea Carlson Mount Olive, NJ   time: 9:10pm

Chelsea Carlson is a roots-rock singer/songwriter from Morris County NJ. Described as a “young and ambitious” artist on the rise by Elmore Magazine, Chelsea has been taking the local music scene by storm since 2011. With influences ranging from Led Zeppelin to Adele, Chelsea is not your typical “singer/songwriter.” Her original music has been described as soulful, powerful, and full of emotion. Her vocal style has been compared to that of Grace Potter and Anne Wilson, and her songwriting is reminiscent of Carole King. It is Chelsea’s goal to take the heart of classic rock and blend it with the intensity of the blues, energy of modern rock and pop, and raw emotion of alternative music, into something new and exciting.

Vinnie Paolizzi Philadelphia, PA   time: 8:10pm

Vinnie Paolizzi is a singer-songwriter from Philadelphia Pennsylvania and a proud Temple University Owl! After playing in bands throughout his youth in the Philly suburbs, at 18 he moved downtown and started playing at every open mic he could find. From dusty clubs and bars (that he was not old enough to be in) to small coffeeshops and lounges in the Fairmount section of the city. He eventually started getting gigs almost every week and started being able to pay school bills with music. From 2014-2015, he played over 250 shows while attending college full time. He released his debut EP “Waiting on Me” in February 2015. With rock grooves, americana vibes and legendary producer Glenn Barratt, it is a solid record from beginning to end. The journey has only just begun for Vinnie as he is planning a summer tour in some new cities including New York, Washington D.C. and Boston. He hopes to make some friends and make some memories along the way and be able to do what he loves as long as he can.
